Updates on Services from the Kresge Course Materials Team

The Kresge Course Materials team has made a few changes that we hope will help keep

students and faculty members safe this Fall. You can find all the details on our webpage

(https://tinyurl.com/rosscoursepacks), but here are a few highlights:

  • New TEXTPAK Shipping and Pickup Options: Kresge staff have temporarily

closed the TEXTPAK delivery point in Kresge Hall. To obtain their TEXTPAKs,

students may opt to pick them up at a new point in the University of Michigan’s

Print-Copy-Mail offices, or have the TEXTPAK shipped to a home address.

Our page (https://tinyurl.com/rosscoursepacks) has more details on shipping

    and locations.

  • A Course Materials Chat Service: If you’d like to ask us how to purchase,

access, or ship your course materials, please give our new Course Materials

Chat service a try. Just visit our webpage (https://tinyurl.com/rosscoursepacks)

and type your question in the Chat box. We’ll be available from 10:00AM to 4:00PM,

Monday through Friday. We also welcome questions at kresge_learn@umich.edu.

We look forward to assisting you this term! Please contact us at kresge_learn@umich.edu
